Travel Information
Practical answers to common questions about your transfer booking.
Luggage
Standard luggage allowances apply to all transfer categories. If you are travelling with skis, snowboards, bikes or other oversized items, these must be declared at the time of booking. Oversized equipment is excluded from the Shared Saver category — check the booking form for the service you are booking.
Child Seats
Child seats must be requested during the booking process. CVT will endeavour to accommodate requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Consult CVT's current booking conditions for details on child seat provision.
Flight Delays
CVT monitors flight arrivals. If your flight is significantly delayed, contact CVT directly using the details provided in your booking confirmation. Do not rely on third-party information — your CVT confirmation is the authoritative source for contact details and procedures.
Booking Within 24 Hours of Travel
For bookings made within one day of travel, CVT's booking page directs customers to contact their office directly. Check CVT's current booking system for the appropriate contact route.
Amendments
If you need to change your booking — for example, due to a flight change — contact CVT directly using the details in your confirmation. Amendment conditions depend on the transfer category and timing of the request.
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions vary by transfer category. Standard shared bookings are described by CVT as non-refundable. Other named categories have conditional cancellation provisions. Consult CVT's current booking terms for the conditions applicable to your booking. CVT identifies the French version of their terms as legally binding.
